In this new role, Troutman will oversee critical areas, including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, academic advising, student life, access and community impact as well as TRIO departments, including Upward Bound and SOAR programs. Troutman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education, an Executive MBA from Colorado Technical University and a doctoral degree in Community College Leadership.
