Prior to being appointed acting dean in July 2024, Schneider served as director of enrollment and marketing strategy in Marquette’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Schneider joined Marquette in August 2006 as an admissions counselor. Since then, he has held progressive leadership roles, including director of enrollment and marketing strategy; director of integrated marketing, communication and digital strategy; director of marketing and communication; and assistant dean of admissions.

Schneider has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Valparaiso University.
