Arnold earned a bachelor’s from Norfolk State University and an MBA from the University of Hartford.

CELESTINO LIMAS has been appointed vice president for student affairs and enrollment at Heritage University. He was vice president for campus life and senior diversity officer at Lafayette College. Limas earned a bachelor’s from the University of Iowa, a master’s from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a doctorate from the University of Oregon.
